Dreams World

I had a dream In which I lived In a world of unreality Which seemed so real The grass was greener And people sweeter I imagined people liked me for what I am Without any great expectation The only expectation was a honest care and a true smile Where appearance did not matter And pain was only in the dictionary But yet another time The bubble burst But this time it did not pain Maybe I am too used to it Or too numb

Karishma Chat

A friend told me about this place and said we get one of the best pani puri's here. I am always of fond of chats and wanted to try this place. The place is a roadside chat shop situated in front of a big clothing shop.I wanted to go try this. And there were a lot of crowd every time i cross it. I am not a patient person and queues and crowds irritate me. One day i decided to brave the crowd and try it. After standing in the crowd for about 10 minutes, I managed to find the place in the "Inner Circle". Inner circle is the crowd standing around the Big basket holding the puris. It looks like a big block standing on a three legged stand. The Pani puri walla is wearing a glove for hygienic purposes or atleast to give us a feeling that it is hygiene. Which in my view is good. His assistant breaks the puris and fills it with not very spicy aloo masala. He dips it in the clay pot containing the pani. I am not sure of the ingredients of the pani. But it is a little spicy and ha

Haji Alis Faloodas & Creams

I was in a mood to indulge myself . So I decided to go to Haji Alis Faloodas & Creams located on G.N.Chetty road in T.Nagar.  I skimmed the menu card, which is one of my favourite things to do. They had a wide range of juices, mik shakes, falooda with or without ice creams, sandwiches, pizzas and burgers to choose from. I am always of the opinion that we are supposed to eat the right food from the right place.  So I ordered a Chocolate falooda (sounds yummy right?) and a lemon mint juice. I am a proud chocolate addict and have a habit to choose anything that is chocolate based. Though they had faloodas of different variations (regular, mango flavoured etc.), I settled for a chocolate falooda. As I waited in expectation for my treat to arrive, I scanned the menu and the menu offered a wide option of fresh juices and milk shakes. For the snacks, they have the classic sandwiches and also the trendy pizzas and burgers. Atlast the falooda arrived and it looked delicious a
